I started smoking this year and i have to say, it actually does help with anxiety. i seem to feel more sleepy (i have insomnia!) with some strains and it makes me laugh... a lot.
Depending on whether the strain is a sativa dominant, Indica dominant , Or a hybrid of both somewhat equally. Sativa’s are more of a mental high and won’t make you tired, but can increase anxiety. Indica strain is more of a body relaxing and will make you sleepy. It helps more with aches and pains. Also Indica is more of a nighttime strain and Sativa is more of a daytime strain.
